Synopsis

- After a self-driving car crash, Nathan is uploaded to Lakeview, his girlfriend's family's digital after-life, where he meets his customer service rep, Nora.
Plot summary
Nathan is an upstart application programmer in Los Angeles who is energetic and outgoing. One night after a romantic getaway with his girlfriend, his car malfunctions and crashes into a truck. When on a bed in a hospital, he is given an option to get a surgery or upload. He decides to upload.
